Headquartered in Artarmon (Sydney, Australia), 3PT is an innovative solutions based organisation that specialises in the application of technology to solve real business problems. It is Australian owned and operated and has a diverse client base, ranging from large multinationals to small local businesses.

Established in 1987, 3PT was created due to a problem that the founders - Satis and Pankaj Patel - were experiencing as importers of luxury goods into Australia. They were frustrated at the cumbersome nature of managing the flow of goods through bonded warehouses (Bond Store), facilities governed by Australian Customs regulations.

3PT  (then known as Solution 5) created an innovative software application called Bond Master, allowing for the flow of goods through a bond store to be captured electronically. Success in this product led to the development of a number of other innovative applications, including Fragrance Adviser, ePOD, eCRM and eBroadcaster.

Each of these products have been embraced by the market and have assisted organisations both here and overseas gain meaningful cost savings and true competitive advantage.
