3P Marketing developed this application as a result of requests from customers who wanted to be able to easily communicate with their contacts - be it suppliers, customers, staff or prospective clients.

eBroadcaster is a web enabled application. This application is available as a module within eCRM, or as a stand alone application. Contacts can be communicated to at a mass level (one to many) or at an individual level (one to one). Currently, eBroadcaster allows organisations to communicate with their contacts in four ways:
  • By Fax
  • By Email
  • By SMS
  • By Post (eBroadcaster creates a data file that can be saved and used in Word or other applications in the Mail Merge process)

The application is packed with features, such as an advanced Query Builder and Reporting module.

Importantly, the application is scalable, allowing new communication techniques to be introduced.

3P Marketing has partnered with highly regarded organisations to provide SMS and fax broadcasting facilities. Both partners have invested heavily in the latest technology to ensure a hassle free experience for the customer.

eBroadcaster can run as an application on a local server, or be hosted by 3P Marketing on behalf of an organisation. Regardless of what method is chosen, eBroadcaster's user license is extremely cheap. Current clients are experiencing significant cost savings by using this product.
